i had a nice experience at the Oyo, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. the room was clean and convenient for my needs. however, i was surprised to find the Mini fridge and Microwave hidden in a closed cabinet under the small TV. despite this minor inconvenience, overall it was a pleasant stay.

They even knocked on my door at 8:00 am to ensure I didn't miss breakfast. the location is ideal, nestled next to a vibrant shopping plaza with a variety of restaurants just a stone's throw away. If you're looking for a quaint and relaxing dinner after a long day out, this hotel is the perfect place to unwind.

Although the staff is superb, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness department. Some areas of the hotel could use a little extra attention to detail to elevate the overall experience.

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel in East Hanover for a business trip. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, some of the friendliest I've encountered in any hotel. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the initial room I was given, the attendant not only immediately switched me to a different room but also upgraded me to a much better one. The quietness of the hotel was a definite highlight, making for a peaceful stay. Additionally, despite a few minor issues like peeling paint in the closets, the bed itself was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. It was also a nice touch that the room had an ice bucket and toothpaste available, even though there were no cups or toothbrush.
